The carrier itself is in very good condition - as new. It is in color coyote tan.

The plate carrier comes with soft armour and hard plates. Soft armour inserts are undamaged Nexus armour providing LVL IIIA protection on torso front and back and in the cummerbund wrapping around the body as well. The hard plates are ex-police LVL III ICW plates with some labels removed.

They seem to be kevlar molded in resin. I do NOT guarantee the ballistic performance.
