AR500 Armor ® Veritas Lite Modular Plate Carrier. The Veritas Lite plate carrier is a slimmed down version of our standard. By removing some of the features unnecessary to basic carrier function, we ended up with a much lighter and less complicated carrier.

For the user who wants a no fuss, no muss modular plate carrier, the Veritas Lite is an excellent option and makes a great product for any first-time user. The Veritas Lite features the same American-made, impact resistant buckles as the original, but eliminates the bulk and weight of the padding, 3D mesh, and removes the MOLLE webbing on the upper front and rear portions both replaced with a large area of Velcro. It also eliminates the Velcro from the MOLLE webbing. It is ideal for wearing over a soft armor vest.

Broad 2 side buckles secure the adjustable straps, and are user removable for increased comfort when using the Veritas cummerbund. Each row of webbing and all high-stress points are bar-tack stitch reinforced for durability. The lower admin pocket provides ample built in storage and scalability for the Veritas cummerbund system, and kangaroo pouch system, both of which feature easy-to-grip Hypalon. Generous upper front & rear soft loop Velcro panels easily accommodate patches and large ID panels.

The entire construction is genuine 500D Cordura® nylon for the perfect balance of durability and weight, and features U. Made, impact-resistant buckles to reduce failure points in critical areas.
