Serbian Army PBB M-99A4 Body Armour Kevlar/Aramid Ballistic Flak Vest M03 Yugoslavian Camouflage NIJ III. This vest is similar to the flecktarn German Kevlar flak vests except with two main upgrades, firstly it features the addition of front and rear groin flaps and secondly it has front and rear plate pockets to carry ballistic plates in addition to the Kevlar/aramid. These plate pockets are designed for Mile Dragic-made 10"x12" NIJ III UHMWPE plates, but will comfortably fit any 10"x12", Medium SAPI/ESAPI or size 2 Granit plates (pictured is a size 2 Granit for example). I doubt size 3 Granits or Large SAPI/ESAPIs would fit however.

Full NIJ level III kevlar coverage on torso, groin, neck and shoulders. Cover is in Serbian M-MDU-02 camouflage, a derivative of the Yugoslavian M89 camouflage pattern. Size is XXL/2XL, this equates to Soviet/Russian size 54-56 and is designed for the following dimensions. Of course these sizes aren't absolute, there's room for adjustment and it will fit outside of these ranges. Made by Mile Dragic in Serbia in 2003. Features some stamps (pictured), but not sure what these mean or represent, seem to be acceptance/QC stamps of some sort. Main chest and back Kevlar panels have been upgraded during service with later M-02 models of Kevlar fillers, these are also made by Mile Dragic and fit the same way, but are just lighter and thinner than the original M-99 Kevlar fillers due to being more modern, this may be why it has an "A4" designation, but I'm not sure.
