LTC 23707 Level III -3 (10 x 12) NEW DEFECTS SEE DESCRIPTION

  

Appears to be new as seen in pictures. One of the plates has some damage as you can see. Looks like some tears on the edges. I assume from being without packaging. Other than that they look new with tags on them.
