We use a CNC laser to cut all of our steel. Our process allows for less heat affected zone (HAZ) and will ensure the Body Armor and Steel Targets have enhanced longevity and edge durability. Fully encapsulated Line-X Paxcon base coat to protect against corrosion, sweat, etc. Line-X Paxcon is the industry leading MIL-SPEC polyurea that is used in a wide variety of military applications, including the Pentagon! Beware of other companies that are using run of the mill bed liner, ESPECIALLY when used in anti-spall and frag coatings. Laser cut to ensure armor longevity and edge durability (see attached picture). Tested to defeat 6 rounds of 44 mag (see 3rd party ballistic lab results). Ability to be used in front and/or back. Includes Fully Adjustable (Medium - 2XL shirt size) Discreet Plate Carrier that will allow you to wear under a loose shirt or sweat shirt (specify color in drop down menu). This model complies with NIJ Standard-0101.06 for Ballistic Resistance of Body Armor. Weights & Sizes: These are only baseline numbers to get an idea of which size you need.
