As mentioned these plates are made of pure PE, Ceramic, and a proprietary bonding and sealing agent. Weight only 6.8 LBs each, a minimum of 1 LB less than the standard level III+ plate. This armor is for use in the front and back of a standard plate carrier and some in a set of two. They can be used in your carrier, vests, or rigs. See my other listing if you need a bundle.

They are in mint ifle rated performance against 556, 762x39, and even 762 NATO rounds. In addition to the rugged light weight construction, PSP UL plate have considerably less risk of spalling due to the construction and materials used (PE Pure) versus ceramic/hybrid constructions.
