Our level 3 armor is made with Polyethylene, also known as UHMWPE or PE, offering superior mobility and comfort compared to other materials like steel or ceramic. Rated to stop multiple hits from 5.56 / 7.62. PE plates can withstands multiple rounds in the same spot (unlike ceramic). PE is lighter / stronger than steel, and will not cause bullets to shatter and create shrapnel like steel plates. Super light weight 47 oz (each plate).
