30.06, Set of 2 GTS OA+, Level 3+ 10X12 Mosaic Ceramic Armor Plate

  

GILLIAM TECHNICAL SERVICES - EMERALD ISLE, NC - UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This armor plate is made in China with our materials by one or more companies that we have partnered with for testing and providing products that meet NIJ 0101.06 standards. The plates will be supplied with black front and rear covers with appropriate ballistic tags. Weight: Approximately 6 pounds 3 ounces (+- 5%).

Size: 10" wide x 12" tall. Ceramic Coverage: 8"x10" (overall plate size 10"x12"). Standard: NIJ Level III+ Rifle Plate. Ballistic Material: Alumina ceramic with UHMWPE backer plate. Ballistic Performance: 30.06, 7.62x39mm AK47 MSC, 7.62X51mm M80 5.56X45 SS, 109/M855 (penetrator)/M193, multi-hit capable.

Outer Material (cover): Durable black waterproof nylon with plate edge padding and strike face rubberized coating. Shelf Life: Minimum 5 years. Plates can be used as front or rear plates. Make sure that the STRIKE FACE (see ballistic tag) is situated toward the threat and the plate(s) is carried in a quality vest or carrier. Superior mosaic ceramic configuration (as opposed to monolithic) allows for multi-hits without performance deterioration of surrounding ceramics.

This model complies with NIJ Standard 0101.06 for Ballistic Resistance of Body Armor. This is NOT a military item. This is a level III hard armor SAPI cut plate (non-military).

This item is manufactured by GTS in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. We comply with every line of the policy. Items identified on the US Munitions List found in the ITAR Part 121 that are allowed such as commercially available body armor, firearm scopes, and night vision goggles must follow all applicable laws and meet all of the following criteria.

Body armor is allowed if. It isn't military issued (complied with - see above). It's a level I, II, or III body armor or Small Arms Protection Insert (SAPI) plate which is included in the listing (complied with - see above).
