Velocity Systems Titanium ULV ballistic plates rated x39 multiple strike capable, front and rear medium plates, plate carrier size medium with cumberbund that holds side plates, alternative shoulder straps, and 2 pairs of size small cumberbunds. Bought 6 sets of these from same department, 3 with manufacturers labels and 3 that had no labels, the 3 with labels were all manufactured in April 2015. These were never worn and are in excellent condition, also extremely rare. Ships to lower 48 minus Connecticut No felons.
